At Es Pastry House LLC, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order pastries and baked goods with care and precision. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

Order Inspection

We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order at the time of pickup. Once the product has left our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur in transit or after pickup.

Case-by-Case Refund Consideration

Refund requests will only be considered within 24 hours of the pickup time and must be submitted in writing to [your email here]. Claims must include a detailed explanation of the issue and supporting photos. Refunds will only be granted in cases where there is a clear execution defect (e.g., incorrect item, missing product, or significant deviation from the agreed custom design).

Es Pastry House LLC reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a refund or partial refund is warranted.

No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or design preference after pickup

  • Delays or missed pickups

  • Improper handling or storage after pickup

  • Failure to communicate issues within the 24-hour window
