Our Signature Cookies are best enjoyed fresh. To preserve their texture and flavor, keep them in a cool, dry place and avoid refrigerating unless otherwise advised. If transporting, place them on a flat surface and handle gently to prevent shifting or squishing.

All of our Signature Cookies are baked fresh and finished on the day of pickup. We kindly ask that you choose a pickup window that best fits your schedule. To enjoy them at their peak softness and flavor, we recommend picking them up within the scheduled time window and consuming within 72 hours.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order at the time of pickup. As our products are perishable and custom-made, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If an issue arises within 24 hours after pickup due to an execution defect, we will make every effort to address and resolve the matter promptly.
