Our cakes are delicate creations, and we recommend handling them with care during transport. For added stability, it’s best to have a second person hold the cake while in transit.

Each cake is crafted fresh and completed on the day of pickup. We kindly ask that you select a time window that best fits your schedule. For optimal freshness, we recommend picking up your cake within the designated time window. To enjoy the cake at its finest, we suggest consuming it within 24 hours of pickup.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order at the time of pickup. As our products are perishable and custom-made, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If an issue arises within 24 hours after pickup due to an execution defect, we will make every effort to address and resolve the matter promptly.
